Playing Games (Good Way To Lose Weight)

playing active games like “DDR”and”ParaPara Paradise” or “Pump It” (korean DDR) is a really good way to lose weight,no i am not yanking your chain! hand to god you really do lose weight

i have been playing these types of games and i have lost 60 lbs
this is how i did it.
i would spend two hours on DDR and Three on ParaPara. i did this for about 2-5 weeks straight.i would go every day except the weekends.
i would go to a local arcade and i would buy water and just play.
till closing time and thus i lost 60 lbs ^_^
